At the owner's request, all viewing requests must have at
least 24 hours notice, ideally 48hrs.

subletting of the condo (AirBNB style).
The condo must be returned in the same good condition at
the end of the lease as it was when delivered; no painting
or renovations are permitted without the landlord's prior
consent.
The landlord requires that the lease signatory be the
occupant; any change to this must be approved by the
landlord.
