The owner requires a positive credit check to his complete

The owner requires a pet-free condo.

The tenant must present civil liability insurance of $2

million before occupancy and maintain it throughout the

lease.

The owner requires a non-smoking condo (cigarette, cigar,

pot, cannabis or other).

The owner prohibits the cultivation of pot/cannabis inside

and outside the condo.

At the owner's request, all viewing requests must have at

least 24 hours notice, ideally 48hrs.

The owner prohibits subletting, including short-term

subletting of the condo (AirBNB style).

The condo must be returned in the same good condition at

the end of the lease as it was when delivered; no painting

or renovations are permitted without the landlord's prior

consent.

The landlord requires that the lease signatory be the

occupant; any change to this must be approved by the

landlord.

The dimensions of the rooms are those of the promoter

according to the plan, available.
