The owner requires a pet-free condo. The owner requires a non-smoking condo (cigar, cigarette, cannabis or other). The owner requires a positive credit check and to his complete satisfaction, including proof of income, the owner will designate the firm for investigation. The tenant must present an insurance of 2M$ before occupancy and maintain it throughout the lease. The owner prohibits the cultivation of cannabis, inside and outside the condo (balcony). The owner, and building regulations, prohibit subletting, including 'short-term' subletting (AirBnB style). The owner requires that the occupant be the signatory of the lease, any change to this effect must be approved by the owner. The condo must be returned at the end of the lease in the same good condition as when delivered.
